We had our first ultrasound this morning... an external and an internal... It went great!! First off, there is just one baby in there... and it has a heartbeat!!! The lady said everything looks perfect!!! I am excited and relieved!!! I started crying when I saw the heartbeat!!
I got to my doctors on Monday to review the ultrasound and have my first OB appointment, as opposed to my IF appointments!!

How can you tell what is what? What is the circle?
the circle is the sac... the little grey blob you see inside the circle is the baby.
